    Get ready to take your ribs to a whole new level with Jay Howick’s Tropical Rib Crown, a show-stopping dish that combines the smoky goodness of baby back ribs with the sweet, juicy flavor of pineapple. Grilled on the Kamado Joe Pellet Joe, this recipe infuses the meat with tropical flavors that are sure to impress.

      Set up the Pellet Joe for smoking at 250F.

      Remove membrane from the rack of ribs and season both sides with the BBQ rub.

      Clean pineapple removing the skin and coat with half of the honey.

    4. 04

      Wrap the ribs around the pineapple and secure with wooden skewers.

      Smoke for 4 hours spritzing the ribs every hour with pineapple juice.

      Increase temperature to 275F, glaze ribs with the bbq sauce and pour remaining honey over the pineapple.

      Slice the ribs and serve with diced pineapple.
