Instructions

01
Stabilize your grill at 400F and set up for an indirect cook.
-
02
Use a sharp knife and “Scruff” the wings. Season the wings with the Garlic Herb Seasoning.
-
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Garlic Herb Seasoning
- 2 to 5 Pounds of Chicken Wings
-
03
Oil the grill grates and place the seasoned wings on the grill grates in a circle pattern around the outer portion of the grill grates. Make sure the wings are placed presentation side down first and close the dome. Cook for 20 minutes.
-
04
In a saucepan, add butter and crushed garlic cloves. Place the pan on the center of the grill and allow the garlic to soften in the butter.
-
Ingredients
- 4 ounces Butter (Unsalted)
- 12 Cloved of Garlic Crushed
-
05
Flip the wings and manage the color and caramelization as you do so. Remove the sauce from the heat. Close the dome and cook for another 20 minutes. As the smaller wings are done before the larger, begin to stack them in the center of the grill and treat them as a lager roast, allowing them to come to temperature together.
-
06
Once the wings have all come to temp (175F) and you love the color, transfer the wings to bowl and toss with the garlic butter sauce, season a bit more with the garlic herb seasoning and place back on the hot grill for a minute or 2 lid down.
-
07
Transfer to a presentation plate and top with fresh grated parmesan. ENJOY!!!
