Fire up the Kamado Joe Classic II, and once it reaches 450°F, insert the DoJoe. Adjust the vents to bring the temperature up to 500°F.

Sprinkle some semolina flour on the surface and begin shaping your pizza dough into a circle.

Pinch the bottom of the circle and gently pull the dough downward to create the bottom of the heart shape.

Slide your finger down the top center of the dough to split it, forming the top of the heart. Then, shape a crust around the outer edge.

Spread semolina flour on a pizza peel and carefully transfer the heart-shaped dough onto it, ensuring it will slide off easily.
