    Stabilize your grill at 300F. Place your smoking wood in the hottest portion of the embers. Set up grill for an indirect smoke.

    Peel membrane from back of ribs and cut them into individual ribs. Season with your Lanes BBQ SPG and transfer to pre heated smoker. Cook for 35 minutes then flip and cook for another 30 minutes. Now flip 1 more time and cook for another 15 to 20 minutes or until probe tender (Around 200F internal)

    Toss the ribs in the glaze and transfer to a presentation plate. Enjoy!
