Heat your Kamado Joe to 400 F direct.

Combine the shrimp, pineapple, pepper, and onion into a bowl, add seafood seasoning, and mix thoroughly.

Skewer the pineapple, shrimp, pepper, and onion back to back until you fill up a skewer.

Add the skewers to the grill and cook for 3-4 minute.

Flip, baste with the teriyaki sauce and grill for another 3-4 minutes.

Flip one more time, baste with more sauce and grill for 1-2 minutes, or until shrimp is cooked through.

Remove from the grill, coat with sesame seeds / green onions, and dig in.
