Heat grill to high heat (400˚F)

Combine 2 lemons worth of juice, butter, garlic, sage, Rosemary and shallots onto a hot bowl and melt.

Season halibut with salt and pepper.

- 1 Halibut fillet
- Pepper, to taste
- Salt, to taste

Brush halibut with lemon butter from step 2.

Add lemon slices to the top of the halibut.

Place into Joetisserie Basket Flat Top

Let rotate for 10 minutes and then brush halibut with leftover lemon butter.

Grill for 5 more minutes

Remove halibut from grill and give it a final coating of the lemon butter.
