Utilizing both Karbon Steel™ Half Moon Pans and the Divide & Conquer® system is a great way to get a delicious dinner ready fast! Before getting started, make sure you season your pan. You can learn how to do this in your owner’s manual or see How-To Season your Kamado Joe® Karbon Steel™ Pans.
To use your half moon pans, insert your cooking grates. Place the pans directly onto the grates.

Preheat your Kamado Joe to medium-high heat, about 400˚F.

Season your filet mignon on both sides with salt and pepper.

Wrap the bacon around the edge of the filets.

Chop your garlic, onion, and mini sweet peppers.

Place broccoli, mini sweet peppers, half the onion, and some garlic in a bowl with some olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss.

Place your grill grates on the grill using the top and second tiers of the Divide & Conquer system. Place your solid half moon pan on the lower tier, and the perforated half moon pan on the upper tier.

Lightly oil your pans to refresh the seasoning and prevent sticking.

When your grill is up to temperature, add olive oil to the solid half moon pan.

Add the remaining onions and garlic to the solid half moon pan. Cook until they become translucent.

Add the filets to the solid half moon pan.

Add the vegetables to the perforated half moon pan.

- 1 Bag Broccoli
- 1 Onion, chopped

Let the vegetables cook until they become tender, about 10-15 minutes depending on your desired tenderness.

Grill the steaks for 5 minutes on each side, closing the dome in-between flips.

Flip the steaks on their side for 30 seconds each to get the bacon crispy.

Continue cooking to your desired doneness.
