A flavorful and aromatic one-pan Moroccan fish prepared using the Kamado Joe Karbon Steel™ Paella pan!

Preheat your Kamado Joe grill to medium heat. Place the Karbon Steel™ Paella pan directly on the grill grates to heat up.

Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper on both sides. Set them aside.

- Salt and pepper to taste

Add olive oil to the hot pan and spread it evenly. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 4-5 minutes until it becomes translucent.

Pour in the diced tomatoes (with their juices) and the vegetable or fish broth. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.

Place the fish fillets on top of the sauce in the pan. Arrange the lemon slices around the fish.
